About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate storyteller with a strategic, business-oriented mindset and the superpower of connecting monday.com’s vision to clear, compelling and inspiring narratives that drive the company's growth.
As Storytelling Lead in the product marketing group, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape how monday shows up in front of hundreds of thousands of customers – through our core product and platform narratives and across the key moments where we tell our story, partnering closely with C-level, Product Marketing, Product, GTM and Sales leaders.
About The Role
- Lead the storytelling for monday.com's core stories, flagship programs and events – from the initial brief through narrative development, content creation, deck/messaging, rehearsals and final delivery into clear, compelling and inspiring narratives.
- Work hand in hand with the Product Marketing team to develop our core product narratives and ensure each one brings the product’s value proposition to life in the strongest possible way.
- Own the throughline between our company vision and strategy and our product narratives, ensuring customers always hear one coherent story.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, PMM, leadership, Design, Sales Enablement, production teams and external partners to ensure alignment, project management and flawless execution.
- Work directly with C-level leaders on key moments: company kickoffs, customer keynotes, strategic pitches.
- Lead storytelling sessions and workshops for internal teams on how to tell our story clearly and confidently.
- Accelerate how we build stories by developing and rolling out story-building frameworks.
- Collect feedback from the field — Sales Enablement, Regional Marketing, sales calls, customer conversations, partners and analysts — and refine the story based on what works.
