About the Role

Description

Tommy’s Express Holdings (TXH) is the holding company for several Tommy’s Express car wash franchise locations operating primarily within five counties of southwest Florida Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service. Tommy’s Express Holdings (TXH) has exciting opportunities for Sales Associates that can achieve excellent guest service, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.



General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide our guests with a “World Class” experience by greeting our guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Has a thorough understanding of Tommy’s Express products and promotions to effectively drive sales by providing a solution.
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
  • Drive sales results by creating strategic plans and initiating actions that maximize efficiencies and eliminate obstacles.
  • Demonstrate and maintain the highest levels of customer service.
  • Excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through
  • “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
  • Welcome customers to the store and answering their queries
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • Collaborate with co-workers to ensure proper guest service
  • Build productive trust relationships with guests

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.



Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. All safety equipment is provided. Employee will be working in AC as well as outside throughout the workday. On slow days or rainy days, employee may be required to do manual work (i.e. cleaning, stocking shelves, etc).



Job Types: Full-time, Part-time



Salary: From $15.00 per hour, non-exempt



Shift Availability:

10 hour shift

8 hour shift

Day shift

Night shift

Monday to Friday

Weekend availability


Requirements

  • Bilingual candidate preferred
  • High school diploma or the equivalent preferred
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Must possess superior communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Highest level of integrity and ethics, both professional and personal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • Have a friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Availability to work flexible shifts
  • Ability to use a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet.
