Responsibilities :
The Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customer billing processes. The role involves correcting invoices, establishing billing media and frequencies, and supporting operational excellence through data analysis and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of billing systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Understanding of systems flows and integration
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Generate customer invoices accurately and on time
Perform meter reconciliations for pooling customers
Review exceptions and resolve issues per billing policy.
Resolve cancel-related inquiries from internal customers.
Acknowledge and respond to inquiries, communicate findings.
Perform documentation, closure, and communication.
Process system corrections and transactions promptly.
Partner with internal teams and customers for accurate billing.
Provide professional customer support and resolve inquiries.
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support requests.

Timely and accurate invoice generation within SLA.
Accurate documentation and system updates.
Compliance with Xerox billing policies and procedures.
Positive customer experience and satisfaction metrics.
Effective resolution of billing inquiries within SLA.

Identify and implement solutions to enhance billing efficiency and reduce revenue leakage.

Relevant Credentials
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
2+ years billing experience in corporate or financial setting (desired)
Role Considerations
Willing to support North America/ US Time and Holidays
Flexibility of working schedules as the role will require on a per need basis
