Our therapists have over 100 years of combined experience providing the highest quality mental health therapy to people of all ages with a variety of therapeutic needs. Beyond providing excellent, client-focused general therapeutic and psychiatric solutions, we also specialize in grief counseling, trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, dual diagnosis, depression and anxiety therapy, physical health/mental health interactions, geriatric therapy and children's therapy. As a Residential DSP, you’ll get to make a true difference every day.  Whether you are teaching new skills, encouraging independence, or just sharing a laugh, your work matters. One day you might be cooking a meal together, heading out to a fun community event, or simply being someone’s favorite person to chat with. 


What You’ll Do 

  • Support individuals with every day activities like meals, personal care/hygiene, appointments, medication administration, and fun outings. 
  • Encourage independence, positive attitudes, and personal growth. 
  • Keep the residential home clean, safe, and create a happy home environment. 
  • Stay organized with good documentation and communicate with the team. 
  • Be a positive role model who embodies CNTA’s Culture of Gratitude and teamwork. 

What You’ll Bring 

  • A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.   
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
  • An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.
