Casual Regional IQP – Palmerston North

We’re looking for a Casual Regional IQP to support our Palmerston North team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring compliance documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with the NZ Building Act, local Territorial Authority requirements, and company standards.

What You Will Do

  • Review completed tests, inspections, defects, and related documentation to enable the timely production of 12As, SRADs, and other BWOF‑related documents.

  • Coordinate with Branch Compliance Supervisors and Compliance Coordinators to ensure all compliance reviews and documentation are delivered within required timeframes.

  • Immediately escalate any training, performance, or general compliance concerns identified during reviews to Branch Compliance Supervisors or Branch Managers.

  • Support Compliance Supervisors and Branch Managers with training or upskilling initiatives to ensure field staff are operating in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide IQP coverage for other regional branches as needed, subject to local Territorial Authority requirements.

  • Report all health and safety incidents to the appropriate authorities without delay.

What We’re Looking For

  • NZ Residency/Citizenship or a valid work visa

  • Full NZ Driver Licence

  • Willingness to complete pre‑employment checks, including references, medical, criminal history, and drug & alcohol testing
