We combine strong local execution with global manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. As we continue to scale our U.S. operations and modernize our systems, we are seeking a senior leader to oversee Finance and IT and serve as a key liaison between the U.S. organization and the parent company.

Position Summary
The Head of Finance & IT is a senior leadership role responsible for the company’s financial strategy, accounting operations, and information technology function. This role reports directly to ownership and works closely with the Board of Directors and senior functional leaders.
This position ensures strong financial governance, transparent reporting, and scalable systems to support growth. The role also leads the company’s IT and ERP strategy, including an upcoming ERP system upgrade, and supports cross-border reporting, controls, and alignment with group standards.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with U.S. business goals and parent company expectations.
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPIs, and variance analyses.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to ownership, the Board of Directors, and the overseas parent company.
- Oversee accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and internal group policies.
- Coordinate audits and manage external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.
- Drive cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and capital expenditure analysis.
IT & ERP Leadership
- Own the U.S. organization’s IT strategy and technology roadmap in alignment with group standards and operational needs.
- Lead the implementation and stabilization of a new ERP system in a manufacturing environment.
- Serve as executive sponsor for ERP and major systems initiatives, ensuring alignment across finance, operations, and supply chain.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, access controls, and consistent reporting across systems and regions.
- Coordinate closely with parent company finance and IT teams on system integration, data standards, and reporting requirements.
- Manage third-party IT vendors, ERP implementation partners, and managed service providers.
Administration, Controls & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, and procedures consistent with group governance standards.
- Serve as the primary Finance and IT liaison between the U.S. operation and the overseas parent company.
- Support cross-border initiatives, including intercompany transactions, transfer pricing coordination, and reporting alignment.
- Partner with Operations & Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and People & Organizational Development to improve visibility, controls, and performance discipline.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Finance and IT team in the U.S.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance, including oversight of systems or IT functions.
- Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, including cost accounting and operational finance.
- Experience working with overseas parent companies or cross-border reporting structures preferred.
- Proven track record leading ERP selection and implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audits, and regulatory compliance.
