Brighter, Stronger Foundation (BSF) is expanding, and we are seeking passionate, licensed therapists to join our growing school-based services team in Harford County, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who are motivated to make a meaningful impact in educational settings and support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral growth.

Compensation & Pay

Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually based on licensure
Billable Hourly Rate: $60–$75 per hour based on licensure
Bi-weekly pay | W2

You can make more than 90,000K a year

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, culturally responsive mental health treatment
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records in our EHR

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Two (2) years of clinical experience, ideally working directly with clients preferred. 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen. 
• Solid relationship building capabilities. 
• Positive and compassionate attitude 
• Keen attention to detail 
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs. 
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field. 
• Passion for advancing the therapy field. 
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
