The JOB:
As an HR & Payroll Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by working closely with the HR Director and HR Manager. This position provides hands-on experience across a wide range of HR and payroll functions and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the HR field. You will assist with daily HR operations, payroll, employee records, and special projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements
Requirements
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented by minimum of 1-3 years within an administrative and/or human resources setting. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- Must have working knowledge of human resources best practices, and federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Must have strong skillset and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in all Human Resources matters.
