General Description:
Tolin Mechanical, an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for a Colorado Sales Manager to join our Denver Branch. We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.
Job Summary:
The Colorado Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Development and management of Denver maintenance sales personnel.
- Future dotted line management and continued development of Colorado branch maintenance sales personnel in conjunction with general managers.
- Supporting all maintenance sales personnel in achieving their assigned sales quotas across Colorado branches.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all maintenance sales personnel in Denver.
- Future dotted line responsibility for maintenance sales personnel across Colorado branches.
- Achieving overall maintenance sales plans across Colorado.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develops, trains, manages maintenance sales personnel in Denver, and other branches as a support role
- Preparing and guiding sales presentations to help sales personnel achieve branch sales quotas, as well as assigned personal sales quotas.
- Holds periodic maintenance sales meetings to motivate, develop, and create a collaborative sales environment.
- Manages and monitors pricing system for accurate pricing.
- Reviews and analyzes sales reports and other resources to improve sales effort and results.
- Motivates and encourages sales team to ensure quotas are met.
- Identifies and analyzes customer preferences and market trends to properly direct sales efforts.
- Assists with resolving customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Works with existing customers with requests for help – such things as revisions to agreements, assistance with questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates with executive leadership.
- Monitors and approves maintenance sales expenses.
- Assigns territories and sets quotas for sales teams.
- Provide support for any special projects as assigned by your supervisor. These special projects, at the determination of your supervisor, may or may not become part of this position's primary responsibilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Average Starting Salary: $100k - $120k with incentive plan. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.

Requirements
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- College degree preferred but not necessary. Minimum experience in related field of sales between 7– 10 years.
- Extensive business to business sales experience
- Basic knowledge of the HVAC and facility service industry
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive nature
- Knowledge of the business environment in Colorado markets
- Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
