TWRS is a 100% national and landowner company incorporated on the 7th February, 2017 under the Companies Act 1997 by the Registrar of Companies, Papua New Guinea. Over the years, the company has undergone many challenges and accumulated know how and experiences in Labour Hire, equipment hire, minor project management and associated technical services. One of the changes is the company’s rebranding from Star HR Ltd to its current brand name: Tabubil Workforce & Recruitment Services Limited (TWRS)
Today TWRS still takes on the role of a subcontractor under Milum Services Limited, formally Tawap Kamen Investment Limited (TKI) and performs Labour Hire and Placement services, Equipment Hire, Project Management and associated Technical Services. We strive to provide value added services to our major client, Ok Tedi in the respective Business Units site wide.
Our Objective is to provide our client with the assurance and confidence when we are chosen to provide the service. We emphasize effective communication and ‘follow through’ procedures to ensure the client is prioritized in our planning and delivery.

About the Role
Description
- The Inside Sales Representative handles inbound and outbound calls, develops new leads, communicates with customers, understands their needs, and ensures a smooth sales process. It requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
- In addition to providing exceptional service, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to TWRS each day.
Job Scope
- Communicate with customers, make calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Meet and surpass sales goals set by TWRS management
- Use persuasive skills to upsell and cross sell additional products and services
- Answer customer questions about equipment and proper use
- Enter orders for customers acquired through both inside/outside sales
- Handle customer concerns and complaints
- Resolve customer issues by collaborating with other departments
- Regularly contact customers to ensure a positive experience
- Inform customers of upcoming promotions
- Establish positive rapport with customers via phone and in person
Requirements
Must Have:
- Previous experience with inside sales required
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation
- Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred:
- Bachelors in relevant field preferred
- Experience with surface preparation and coatings equipment sales
