MCHC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care to the people in our community. What You'll Do:

  • Provide chairside and clinical support during exams and procedures
  • Take impressions for models and denture appliances
  • Place and remove rubber dams or other isolation devices
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during appointments; communicate observations to the dentist
  • Assist in discussing treatment plans with patients and act as a liaison between provider and patient
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care
  • Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms in compliance with infection control standards

Requirements

  • Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Willing and able to travel to other MCHC sites for trainings, meetings, and/or to cover shifts as needed.

Preferred:

  • 1+ years experience working in a dental office with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent)
