Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Job Location: 12155 6th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730


Job Description:

  • Develop and manage procurement plans based on demand forecasts and production schedules. 
  • Communicate with suppliers to place purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material supply to support smooth production operations. 
  • Manage material and inventory data using ERP systems such as SAP. 
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments. 
  • Participate in cost analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with concentration in Logistics, or related, or foreign degree equivalent plus at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Applicants must possess at least 1 year of experience with (1) SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms, (2) advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts), (3) analyzing demand forecasts, inventory trends, lead times, and cost structures, (4) inventory tracking systems and techniques (e.g., FIFO, ABC analysis), (5) inventory management, and (6) logistics and distribution channels.
