We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior manager to join Sia Partnres, specializing in Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting assignments with major institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Your expertise will be leveraged across a range of digital strategy, marketing excellence, digital transformation, and customer experience projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing strategy and digital transformation to contribute to the successful execution of client projects. Provide valuable insights and innovative solutions to address their unique challenges.
• Support and manage consulting assignments, ensuring timely and effective project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives.
• Actively engage in sharing consulting best practices with your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Prepare materials to support business development initiatives and enhance our service offerings.
• Work closely with other offices within our organization, harnessing our global network to participate in cross-selling initiatives and share best practices with teams worldwide.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering exceptional service. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and expand the scope of our services.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to marketing strategy and digital transformation. Apply this knowledge to offer cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of marketing strategy, digital transformation and management consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, marketing excellence, and customer experience projects for retail sector.
• Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Collaborative team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
