This approach creates more meaningful connections with consumers, increases consumer trust in the brand, and delivers better outcomes for all stakeholders.</p> <p><strong>Role Summary and Impact</strong></p> <p>Intro to the role:</p> <p>As a Paid Search Account Executive, you will be responsible for keyword research, campaign building, daily monitoring and optimisation, as well as pulling and analysing data to write insightful commentary for performance reporting.</p> <p>You will develop excellent platform knowledge and work closely with the Paid Search Manager to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy, whilst continuously searching for new opportunities through personal research and cross-team collaboration.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p><u>Campaign Management</u></p> <ul> <li>Effectively manage your designated paid search campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimisation is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.</li> <li>Work closely with the Paid Search manager to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy including a rigorous A/B testing plan.</li> <li>Assist with performance analysis, internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development that your team conducts.</li> </ul> <p><u>Client &amp; Partner Management </u></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with and support other team members in the implementation, optimisation, and paid search activation for clients.</li> <li>Contribute to client meetings and participate in ongoing client engagement.</li> <li>Effectively communicate with your manager, client team and client contacts, regarding deadlines and delivery of work.</li> </ul> <p><u>Operational Excellence</u></p> <ul> <li>Carry out regular campaign and budget management checks.</li> <li>Identify gaps in achievement of goals, objectives and/or processes, and work with the line manager to improve performance and drive efficiencies.</li> <li>Ensure financial accuracy, integrating the planning and buying process and reconciliation of spends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Experience</strong></p> <p>At WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
