About the Role

Description

  

CU*Answers is seeking an AuditLink Associate to help monitor transaction and employee account activity for multiple credit unions. This role supports compliance and financial oversight by completing scheduled reviews, identifying unusual activity, and communicating findings to credit union leadership. 


What You’ll Do

· Review daily BSA reports and recommend when suspicious activity should be escalated / CTRs filed

· Monitor dormant account activity, file maintenance logs, and transaction reversals

· Review wire transfer logs for abnormal activity and confirm required details are maintained

· Review employee account activity and report concerns weekly

· Review OFAC reports weekly and investigate any hits

· Other related duties as assigned


What You Bring

· High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience)

· 1–2 years office experience (business administration/finance preferred)

· Strong attention to detail, research ability, and sound judgment

· Professional written/verbal communication skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Financial institution experience preferred
