Client Services Job Summary:
The Client Services role supports our clients and partners by providing top-tier service and maintaining high ethical standards. This role is central to upholding the reputation of Texas Precious Metals and Texas Precious Metals Depository through exceptional communication, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Client Services Responsibilities:
• Maintain current knowledge of company offerings and processes
• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally
• Resolve customer issues with patience and efficiency
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Prioritize and multitask to ensure all client needs are met promptly
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
• Work effectively within a collaborative team
• Maintain high attention to detail and follow procedures
• All other duties as assigned by management
Client Services Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• High ethical standards and discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Client Services Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2-5 years customer service experience.
• Familiarity with accounting software and office applications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and high call volume
Work Environment:
Work is primarily conducted in a climate-controlled office, with occasional movement to manufacturing or outdoor areas where PPE such as safety glasses and closed-toe shoes may be required.
