What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly, helpful face of the auction
  • Deliver top-tier service with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Answer calls and guide customers with confidence
  • Assist with front-counter checkout and payment collection
  • Scan, file, and organize documents like a pro
  • Keep customer records accurate and up to date
  • Make sure printers and office equipment are ready for sale day
  • Support block clerks and help locate vehicles when needed
  • Apply vehicle charges as directed
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
  • Spot issues early and communicate them quickly
  • Jump in wherever the front office needs support

Requirements

  What You Bring

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous office or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive, self-driven attitude
  • Computer proficiency
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working at a desk for extended periods
