What You’ll Do:
- Process incoming referrals to ensure timely scheduling and coordination of care
- Handle insurance pre-certifications and prior authorizations to prevent delays in treatment
- Verify insurance coverage and document benefits ahead of appointments
- Manage EMR inbox and respond to provider/patient messages
- Communicate with patients about balances and financial responsibility
- Support front office operations and administrative tasks as needed

- Prior experience with referrals and insurance pre-certifications (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous healthcare or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
