Product Manager Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, revolutionizing the industry with a groundbreaking product. 

We’re looking for a Product Manager Team Lead to guide and grow our product management team. In this role, you’ll mentor product managers, translate strategy into execution, and ensure product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Translate product strategy into actionable plans and oversee feature and version delivery.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, balancing business goals, technical needs, and customer value.
• Align cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders are informed and customer feedback is integrated into decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with at least 1 year in a leadership, mentoring or team-lead capacity.
• Proven experience in product management, including managing or mentoring a team.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies and the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of cyber domain, with the ability to translate complex cyber concepts into product requirements, ensuring solutions address real-world scenarios and client needs.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset.
• A strategic view paired with a results-oriented, problem-solving approach.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Comfortable working with data, metrics, and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Experience working closely with research and development teams (e.g., R&D, security research, threat intelligence, or advanced technology exploration).
• Experience in client-facing meetings and direct communication — able to translate technical concepts into clear business value, gather feedback, and build trusted relationships with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other iterative development methodologies.
