About the Role
Description
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an onsite Technical Writer/Editor in Millington, TN.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
How Role will make an impact:
- Administer and support enterprise collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Skype/Teams.
- Automate workflows and business processes using UiPath to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Create and maintain project documentation, workflows, and diagrams using Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support IT solutions that align with business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to enterprise tools and systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- 4 years of relevant experience
- General experience in IT Supply/Logistics, customer service, Production Data Entry, and Computer Operations
- Collaboration Tools: SharePoint, Skype/Teams.
- Automation Tools: UiPath.
- Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Project)
