Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our Phoenix team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, accurate information, and exceptional service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering solutions with clarity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
