Assistant Business Development Manager

· Strategy & Planning – Develop and implement growth strategies, research new markets and identify viable income streams
· Client Acquisition – Find, pursue and qualify new leads, arrange meetings and build professional networks
· Relationship Management – Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
· Sales & Negotiation – Create proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals to generate revenue
· Market Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, competitors and market changes to spot opportunities
· Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, design and product teams to align goals and support initiatives
Requirements
· A recognized Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design or equivalent
· At least 5 years of sales and business development experiences. Experience in Interior Design and related industry will be added advantage
· Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
· Matured with good interpersonal and communication skills
· Resourceful and result oriented
· Able to travel outstation or overseas
· Possess high level of integrity, pleasant personality, strong analytical and organizational skills
