About the Role

Description

As a key member of the executive management team, the Chief Financial Officer is an advisor to, and collaborator with the CEO. The CFO is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects for the company. As a member of the senior leadership team, works closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on operational and financial performance, and develop scalable systems, processes and controls to support the business’ operations and growth. Provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

Requirements

 • Master’s degree in business, accounting or finance and CPA.

• 7 years leading people, projects, programs and/or departments.

• Experience as a public-company finance executive in the medical device or healthcare industry.

• Experience in SEC and GAAP reporting, SOX compliance and healthcare regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated success working with private equity investors, board members, bankers and other financial intermediaries, including renegotiating debt.

• Successful at raising capital and performing merger, acquisition, and strategic partnership transactions.

• Possess a broad and strategic business perspective while acting as a “hand-on” leader.

• Ability to analyze and address financial aspects of the current business tactics and steer the strategy with the CEO by anticipating and circumventing shifts in the market.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace.
