Job Description

We are seeking a polished and reliable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere while supporting daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records and assist with basic office documentation
