We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Functional Solution Consultant to join our Pre-sales team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our clients receive tailored, effective, and scalable solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design functional specifications, and support implementation across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business processes and needs.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Solution Design & Documentation:
    • Design end-to-end functional solutions aligned with business goals.
    • Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and configuration guides.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
    • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to optimize existing solutions.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in functional consulting, business analysis, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of the banking and finance domain
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 10 years of experience at minimum.
