About the Role

Description

Project Manager – Commercial Foodservice Construction
Are you the kind of person who thrives on ownership, precision, and seeing complex projects come together flawlessly? Do you enjoy juggling moving parts, leading teams, and delivering results that exceed expectations? If so, we want to meet you.

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead commercial foodservice projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by managing multiple priorities while driving projects to successful completion.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full lifecycle of commercial kitchen and equipment projects—from planning and scheduling to installation and closeout.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to keep work moving efficiently and on track.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Lead with confidence, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You are self-driven and take pride in seeing projects through without needing constant direction.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with both field and office teams.
  • You can read and interpret construction drawings and understand how details impact execution.
  • You enjoy balancing multiple responsibilities while keeping deadlines and budgets under control.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of project management experience (commercial foodservice, construction, or equipment preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, foodservice equipment, and commercial kitchen environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance.

Why Join Us

You’ll be part of a team that values accountability, quality, and professionalism—where your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and take ownership directly impacts our success and our clients’ satisfaction.

If you’re a driven Project Manager who enjoys leading complex projects and takes pride in delivering exceptional results, we’d love to hear from you.
