<p>We’re looking for a motivated <strong>Founding Account Executive (m/f/d)</strong> to join and drive the sales and customer growth efforts at our Ecosystem Company. </p>
<p>As a Founding Account Executive you will act as a product evangelist in Germany and be responsible for managing the full sales funnel from prospecting to closing, helping legal professionals adopt an AI-powered tool that transforms how they work.</p>

<h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Become an expert on the product and act as a trusted advisor to customers</li>
<li>Manage the entire sales funnel including prospecting demos and deal closing</li>
<li>Work closely with prospects to understand their needs, pain points and goals</li>
<li>Monitor the German market and identify new opportunities</li>
<li>Provide product and market feedback to the product and leadership teams to inform development</li>
<li>Prove early market traction before the sales team scales</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the German legal market</li>
<li>Deliver product demos tailored to customer needs and use cases</li>
<li>Negotiate and close contracts with new customers</li>
<li>Track sales activities pipeline and conversion metrics</li>
<li>Collaborate with marketing and customer success to support onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Your Profile: </strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in a sales role, managing the full funnel</li>
<li>Strong user of sales tools such as HubSpot and Sales Navigator</li>
<li>A founder mentality - comfortable with ambiguity and ready to get things done yourself</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in German and English</li>
<li>Self-driven and eager to work in a fast-growing startup environment</li>
<li>Bonus: familiarity with the legal industry or a law degree</li>
</ul>
<p>Please note that this position is based in <strong>Berlin/Munich</strong>. </p>
