Pet-friendly office.</li></ul><h2>Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs:</h2><ul><li>Partnering&nbsp;with&nbsp;the&nbsp;CEO&nbsp;and&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Leaders&nbsp;to&nbsp;execute&nbsp;outbound&nbsp;campaigns&nbsp;based&nbsp;on&nbsp;defined&nbsp;ICPs,&nbsp;messaging,&nbsp;and&nbsp;channels</li><li>Researching&nbsp;detailed&nbsp;information&nbsp;on&nbsp;target&nbsp;accounts&nbsp;and&nbsp;stakeholders&nbsp;using&nbsp;tools&nbsp;like&nbsp;LinkedIn&nbsp;Sales&nbsp;Navigator,&nbsp;Apollo,&nbsp;and&nbsp;Clay</li><li>Executing&nbsp;high-quality&nbsp;outbound&nbsp;through&nbsp;multi-channel&nbsp;approaches&nbsp;(LinkedIn,&nbsp;email,&nbsp;and&nbsp;other&nbsp;platforms)</li><li>Managing&nbsp;email&nbsp;warm-up&nbsp;processes&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;deliverability&nbsp;best&nbsp;practices</li><li>Generating&nbsp;qualified&nbsp;opportunities&nbsp;(SQLs)&nbsp;for&nbsp;Account&nbsp;Executives&nbsp;through&nbsp;personalized&nbsp;outreach&nbsp;sequences</li><li>Managing&nbsp;leads&nbsp;and&nbsp;activities&nbsp;in&nbsp;HubSpot,&nbsp;ensuring&nbsp;clean&nbsp;data,&nbsp;enrichment,&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;tracking</li><li>Experimenting&nbsp;with&nbsp;messaging,&nbsp;sequences,&nbsp;and&nbsp;automation&nbsp;workflows&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;engagement&nbsp;and&nbsp;conversion</li><li>Leveraging&nbsp;AI&nbsp;tools&nbsp;(e.g.,&nbsp;ChatGPT,&nbsp;Claude)&nbsp;to&nbsp;scale&nbsp;personalization&nbsp;and&nbsp;improve&nbsp;efficiency</li><li>Building&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;simple&nbsp;automations&nbsp;using&nbsp;tools&nbsp;like&nbsp;Zapier,&nbsp;Make,&nbsp;APIs,&nbsp;or&nbsp;webhooks</li><li>Staying&nbsp;current&nbsp;on&nbsp;industry&nbsp;trends,&nbsp;competitors,&nbsp;and&nbsp;buyer&nbsp;needs&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;core&nbsp;markets&nbsp;(AI,&nbsp;blockchain,&nbsp;fintech,&nbsp;and&nbsp;digital&nbsp;products)&nbsp;and&nbsp;feeding&nbsp;those&nbsp;insights&nbsp;back&nbsp;into&nbsp;campaigns.</li></ul><h2>In order to succeed, you'll likely need the following skills:</h2><ul><li data-section-id="17ab3tg" data-start="1775" data-end="1858">2+ years in a growth-focused sales role (agency, SaaS, or consulting preferred)</li><li data-section-id="skyyno" data-start="1859" data-end="1939">Strong hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and pipeline generation</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong research skills to identify accounts, stakeholders, and insights that drive personalized outreach.</li><li>English proficiency.</li><li>Previous experience in the US market.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, AI/LLM tools, and email warm-up tools; familiarity with other B2B prospecting platforms is a plus.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Tenacity and resilience with a hard-working, high-energy approach to execution; coachable with a strong learning mindset.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">A strategic mindset with a clear bias for action; able to help build the GTM playbook and execute it consistently.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Curiosity about emerging tech (AI, Web3, digital products, data) and a passion for helping clients succeed.</li><li dir="ltr" role="presentation">Motivated to grow a career in sales, and comfortable with cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, and calls).</li><li>Applicants <strong>must live in Brazil</strong> and have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$).</li></ul><p><strong>IMPORTANT TIP -&gt; The communication during the selection process is done by email.
