About the Role

Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Leominster | $90,000–$105,000 | Flexible Schedule | Full-Time Benefits

**Must have 1 year clinical experience, homecare preferred**

USA Today Top Workplaces Winner 2024 & 2025 — still no bribes were involved (unless caffeine, snacks, and emotional support count).

Let’s be honest — you didn’t become a nurse to be glued to a time clock, buried in paperwork, or sprinting down hallways with a cold cup of coffee.

At Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS), we’re clinician-owned, which means leadership actually understands what your days look like. We value great care, real support, and schedules that allow you to have a life outside of scrubs.

We’re growing and looking for a full-time, salaried Registered Nurse to serve patients in the Leominster residential area of Massachusetts.

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  •  Competitive Salary: $90,000–$105,000 — because experience deserves more than pizza parties.
  •  True Flexibility: Build a schedule that works for your life, not the other way around.
  •  Full Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision — the whole grown-up bundle.
  •  PTO + Paid Holidays: For actual rest. Not “catch up on charting” days.
  •  401(k) with Match: Your future self called — they’re very grateful.
  •  Mileage Reimbursement: $0.62/mile — because gas station loyalty points shouldn’t fund your job.
  •  Ongoing Training & Support: Education, development, and leadership that actually has your back.
  •  Employee Perks & Discounts: Because groceries and vacations don’t pay for themselves.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  •  Providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes — including wound care, medication management, catheter care, diabetic care, and more.
  •  Completing comprehensive assessments and building personalized care plans.
  •  Educating patients and families (and repeating yourself nicely, because… nursing).
  •  Documenting clearly and efficiently in an EMR that won’t haunt your evenings.
  •  Seeing everything from basic wellness checks to complex care — and actually getting the time to do it well.

What Sets VRNS Apart?

You’re not just another name on a schedule here.

We partner with meaningful programs like the ABI Waiver, giving you steady, purposeful caseloads — without sacrificing flexibility. You’ll have real leadership support, clinical backup in the field, and a team that answers the phone when you call.
