Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our New Orleans team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with clients, managing communications, and supporting internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The Client Service Associate plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting daily business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Provide accurate information and timely support to clients

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met

  • Maintain organized client records and documentation

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ongoing account support
