Inventory Coordinator - New -Used Vehicle Operations


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic automotive team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of our used vehicle inventory, ensuring a seamless process from receipt to sale. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, track, and maintain accurate inventory records, including Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and stock numbers.

- Coordinate with service departments to ensure used vehicles are promptly prepped and ready for sale.

- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and processing of used vehicle deliveries to ensure proper documentation and condition.

- Manage dealer trades, facilitating smooth transactions and inventory adjustments.

- Assist in managing online inventory merchandising to enhance vehicle presentation and visibility.

- Ensure the proper organization, cleanliness, and appearance of the vehicle lot to promote a professional image.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in automotive inventory management or a related role preferred.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle inventory systems and online merchandising tools.

- Valid driver’s license and the ability to operate vehicles on the lot.
