About the Role

Sealy Mattress Middle East is seeking an enthusiastic Showroom Salesman to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and helping them find the ideal mattress and bedding solutions from our extensive range of products. Your customer service skills will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment in our showroom. Core Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in the showroom by providing detailed product information and answering inquiries.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and their benefits to aid customers in their decision-making.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  • Keep abreast of product lines and emerging trends in the market.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualifications; further education in sales or business is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in the mattress or furniture industry.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Strong sales skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a lively environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Preferably male candidates.
  • Aged between 25 and 35 years.
  • Nationalities: Saudi.
