Job Description

Colliers is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated sales associate to add value to our dynamic residential sales team. We are looking for a person with the right energy, drive and attitude to assist our industry leading sales team.

Ideally the successful candidate will have had previous exposure and knowledge of the property industry and Colliers will provide the training, guidance and leadership to ensure you are able to succeed in this role. The successful candidate will gain exposure to all facets of residential project sales.

This permanent, full-time position will require the successful applicant to work 5 days per week (Sunday – Thursday) on various off the plan projects across the Gold Coast.

The core duties and responsibilities of the position are:

  • Meeting and greeting customers in the sales display
  • Assist with presenting the project to customers in the sales display
  • Undertake outbound follow-up calls
  • Assist with follow-up of buyers, contracts and deposits
  • Enter and update data in the various systems like CRM & DevID
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the sales display including consumables, cleanliness, technology

Qualifications

To be considered, you will be required to have a current QLD salespersons certificate (or the willingness to obtain one quickly) and your own transport, as well as a willingness to apply yourself to all tasks and responsibilities that are assigned to you.
