Job Description

We are looking for ETL Developers to join a transversal squad dedicated to maintaining and supporting our Data Factory framework.

The Data Factory program provides a centralized data aggregation and curation platform built on a relational database with modern ETL components. It consolidates operational and reference data into a single repository, ensuring harmonization, quality control, and consistency.

In this role, you will work primarily with IBM Datastage PX and SQL, providing development, testing, documentation, and user support. You will also help prepare environments, conduct testing cycles, and deliver the required evidence for acceptance.

                                                                                                               

Main Tasks:

— Participate in the full ETL development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment), mainly using IBM Datastage PX and SQL
— Perform unit, integration, and automated tests using tools such as Octane or Quality Center
— Apply recommended technological and methodological best practices
— Identify and explore innovative solutions aligned with project needs
— Provide maintenance and level‑3 support for the application portfolio
— Develop functional and technical expertise on key applications and technologies
— Challenge business and technical requirements when appropriate
— Contribute to the definition of technical solutions
— Develop and customize Datastage enabler components
— Monitor performance and resolve related issues
— Ensure high‑quality delivery of all assigned tasks

Qualifications

— IBM Datastage PX or similar ETL tools
— Strong SQL skills (Oracle DB)
— PL/SQL expertise
— Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Shell scripting (Unix/Linux)
— Ability to document bugs, tickets, and code changes
— Strong technical analysis and documentation abilities

— English: Advanced (C‑level)
— French: Basic knowledge (nice to have)
— Portuguese: Advanced
