North Homes Children and Family Services is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Trainee to join our school-based team in the White Bear Lake Elementary School. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support directly to students, collaborate with educators and families, and contribute to a positive, proactive mental health culture in the school setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in a school setting
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide consultation and support for CTSS programming and school staff
  • Collaborate with school personnel and the broader clinical team
  • Participate in weekly clinical supervision
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Actively pursuing licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP)
  • Must be 21+ with a valid MN Driver’s License
  • Committed to ethical, client-centered care
  • Passion for helping youth thrive in a school environment
