ATC is a private, nonprofit, 501(c)(3) corporation providing its services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Services include residential, educational, therapeutic, adult programs, diagnostics and research.
About the Role

Description

 

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. The Director of Nursing is responsible for clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, staff development, and ensuring excellence in nursing operations.

Provides general health care to developmentally disabled individuals of all ages. Assessment of nursing needs of consumers and assure appropriate delivery of medical services. Current State License and prefer 3 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and 5 years in a leadership or management role. Experience with HCS and ICF programs preferred.

Requirements
