Our Culture Book guides what we stand for, how we work, and the values that unite usβbecause nothing beats winning with a team you genuinely love working with.</p><p><strong>ββββββββββββββββββββ</strong><br></p><p><strong>π‘ About the role</strong></p><p>This is a <strong>high-impact leadership role</strong> at the centre of Askableβs growth strategy in the region.</p><p>Youβll lead and scale our <strong>Outbound Account Executives</strong>, set the standard for performance and execution, and shape the outbound playbook across <strong>Mid-market and Enterprise.</strong> This is not a βsit back and manageβ job β youβll <strong>carry quota</strong>, stay close to deals, and help define what great looks like in a fast-moving environment where enablement and ops are still emerging.</p><p>If you love building, coaching, and winning β this oneβs for you.</p><p><strong>ββββββββββββββββββββ<br><br>π What youβll do</strong></p><p>Youβll own the outbound motion across UK (and phase 2 EMEA), with responsibility for:</p><p><strong>Leading from the front</strong></p><ul><li><p>Carrying a quota and <strong>winning deals yourself</strong> to set the benchmark</p></li><li><p>Setting the pace and energy for a high-performing outbound culture</p></li><li><p>Have had experience hiring, firing and building high preforming teams.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Coaching + performance management</strong></p><ul><li><p>Running weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal coaching</p></li><li><p>Driving methodology excellence across <strong>MEDPICC</strong> and <strong>Challenger</strong></p></li><li><p>Supporting reps through performance plans, growth plans, and career progression</p></li></ul><p><strong>Outbound strategy + execution</strong></p><ul><li><p>Owning the outbound strategy across EMEA: <strong>ICP targeting, segmentation, coverage models</strong></p></li><li><p>Building repeatable processes and improving outbound efficiency</p></li><li><p>Partnering with Marketing + Ops to launch targeted campaigns and sharpen playbooks</p></li></ul><p><strong>Forecasting + operational discipline</strong></p><ul><li><p>Delivering accurate forecasting and consistent operating rhythms</p></li><li><p>Ensuring CRM hygiene and reporting excellence in <strong>HubSpot</strong>, <strong>Lemlist</strong>, and related tools</p></li><li><p>Monitoring pipeline health, conversion metrics, activity inputs, and outputs</p></li></ul><p><strong>Cross-functional alignment</strong></p><ul><li><p>Working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Growth to share insights from the field</p></li><li><p>Influencing roadmap and positioning through customer + prospect feedback</p></li><li><p>Aligning with global sales leadership on territory planning, resourcing, and comp strategy</p></li><li><p>Partnering with Enablement to build training programs and ongoing methodology-based coaching</p></li></ul><p><strong>ββββββββββββββββββββ<br><br>π¦ Skills and experience youβll bring</strong></p><p>To hit the ground running in this role <strong>youβll need at least 8-10 years</strong> <strong>sales experience with</strong> <strong>3+ years leading high-velocity teams.</strong></p><p><strong>You'll also be able to show:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A track record of building and leading quota-carrying outbound teams</p></li><li><p>Strong fluency in structured sales methodologies <strong>(MEDPICC + Challenger)</strong></p></li><li><p>A gritty, builder mindset β you can create process where none exists (and improve it constantly)</p></li><li><p>Strong coaching instincts and the ability to lift performance across a team</p></li><li><p>A highly analytical approach to pipeline, forecasting, and conversion metrics</p></li><li><p>Experience selling across multiple markets (UK + broader EMEA is a bonus)</p></li><li><p>Comfort leading distributed teams across time zones and cultures (multilingual a plus)</p></li><li><p>Strong SaaS / ARR fundamentals and commercial instincts</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with research/insight tooling (or adjacent categories) is a plus</p></li></ul><p>If youβre the type of person who listens to 20VC, has read <strong>The Sales Acceleration Formula</strong>, <strong>Sales Simplified</strong>, or <strong>The Challenger Customer</strong> β youβll feel right at home.</p><p><strong>ββββββββββββββββββββ</strong><br><strong><br></strong>π<strong> Perks and benefits</strong></p><p>Your excitement about the role itself is what matters most to us.
