Description du poste
- Le Commis de cuisine, un acteur essentiel dans la préparation des mets et la production en cuisine.
- Assiste les cuisiniers, chefs de partie dans la préparation des plats
- Prépare les ingrédients nécessaires à la confection des recettes
- Maintient la propreté des plans de travail et des ustensiles de cuisine
- Participe à la réception et au stockage des marchandises
- Applique les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
- Aide à la mise en place des plats pour le service
Qualifications
Formation en restauration indispensable

Rémunération en fonction de l'expérience.
Possibilité de logement
CDI ou Contrat saisonnier
9 heures par semaine. 2 jours de repos hebdomadaires.
