Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the front line for client support. Your primary role will be to assist clients with understanding their benefit options, answer policy-related questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You’ll be trained to manage incoming communications, conduct virtual consultations, and maintain accurate records—all from your home office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Explain insurance benefit options and answer coverage-related questions

  • Assist with policy updates, claims information, and general client concerns

  • Build strong relationships with clients through high-quality customer service

  • Maintain and organize client documentation using our digital tools

  • Conduct virtual meetings and consultations with prospective and existing clients

  • Meet personal and team-based performance goals


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • No previous experience required—just a willingness to learn

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college students/grads welcome)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • Comfortable using technology platforms such as Zoom, email, and CRM tools

  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Professional attitude, time management, and organizational skills are key
