About the Role

[What the role is]

Assistant Manager, Estate Management (Planner) for Islands team

[What you will be working on]

  • Work with government agencies and stakeholders to develop a land use and infrastructure plan for the Southern Islands with a focus on sustainability.

  • Conduct master planning, strategic and scenario planning, planning consultation and assessment, planning research/analysis, and draw up planning strategies and programmes for implementation.
     

  • Work with the various government agencies and stakeholders on concept designs of construction projects, prepare project briefs and seek funding for implementation. 
     

  • Undertake any other projects, assignments.

[What we are looking for]

  • Background and qualification in Urban Planning or Real Estate, with at least 5 years of experience

  • Infrastructure project management experience will be an advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and able to work independently and as a team.
