Sales Operations Specialist - Part time

About the Role:
In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone of our department, acting as the "glue" that keeps our daily activities running smoothl. This is an entry-level position, perfect for a student who loves order, efficiency, and tackling a diverse range of tasks—from high-level budget management to essential administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing Support: Act as the first line of support for billing issues and management, as well as quoting processes to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
- General Admin: Handle essential administrative tasks including Swag inventory management, invoice tracking, and approval processes using tools like Mesh.
- Internal Knowledge Management: Build and maintain our internal "source of truth" by logging playbooks and streamlining operational documentation.
- Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on emails and promotions, HR on "Fun" and culture initiatives, and Product on specific initiatives.
- Problem Solving: Identify operational roadblocks and work with Finance, HR, and Marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and smooth communication.
- Travel Management: Coordinate and manage travel logistics for the team, ensuring everything from flights to accommodations is handled efficiently.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist with tracking and control of departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring we stay on target and optimized.
Requirements
- Currently a Bachelor's degree student (3rd year or above) in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field.
- Operational Mindset: You love order and efficiency. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle tasks ranging from complex project planning to routine administrative support.
- Experience working with Excel is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication is a must.
- Drive: A "can-do" attitude with a genuine desire to learn the ins and outs of Marketing Operations in a fast-paced environment.
