Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Louisville location, 816 Eastern Pkwy! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately
- Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
- Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet order deadlines and quality standards
- Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Adapt to changing priorities and maintain flexibility in work schedule
- Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and communication
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication abilities, particularly in handling phone calls
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to company procedures
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously
- Team player attitude with a willingness to collaborate
- Attention to detail in order preparation and customer interactions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
- Positive attitude and easy-going personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
