About the Role
<p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for a Spare Parts Interpreter to join our busy and successful team in Christchurch. This role is focused on delivering consistent exceptional customer service through careful application of your skills, knowledge, and experience in aftermarket spare parts for commercial vehicles.</p><p><strong><em>Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the role include:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the counter, phone and internet</p></li><li><p>Preparation of quotes, purchase orders and timely completion of other related documentation</p></li><li><p>Assisting other team members in daily transactions</p></li><li><p>Assisting in delivery and maintenance of the warehouse as required</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You&nbsp;</strong></p><p>As our Spare Parts Interpreter, you will have a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales, have good communication skills, good customer service skills and a proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales. <em>Experience in HV and Automotive spare parts sales will be highly advantageous.</em></p><p><strong><em>In addition</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Good problem-solving skills and effectiveness in prioritising multiple tasks</p></li><li><p>Strong mechanical aptitude highly advantageous</p></li><li><p>Great industry knowledge and can-do attitude</p></li><li><p>Proactive, reliable, self-motivated and the ability to work well under pressure</p></li><li><p>Flexibility and be a team player, customer-focused and innovative</p></li><li><p>Administrative skills including intermediate computer skills</p></li></ul><p><strong>About the company</strong></p><p><strong>Multispares </strong>is the largest independent supplier of truck, trailer and bus parts in Australia and New Zealand.
