About the Role

ניהול צוות של עד-10 מלגזנים/מחסנאים

אחריות על קליטת עובדים חדשים, הכשרה, ליווי ונוכחות

אחריות על קבלת סחורה מספקים

אחסנה נאותה של חומרי הגלם

אחריות על שינוע בטוח בתוך אתרי החברה ומחוצה לה

אחריות לביצוע משימות עבודה לקווי הייצור

אחריות לסדר ארגון ובטיחות בעבודה 

משרה מלאה-

ימים א-ה 7:17-16:45

ש"נ עד 19:00 כפעמיים בשבוע ואף יותר לפי צורך

נכונות למשמרות ערב/ לילה 16:45-23:45, 19:00-7:00

וימי שישי לפי צורך


Requirements

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון קודם כמחסנאי/ת
  • ניסיון קודם בניהול צוות - חובה (ניהולי או פיקודי)
  • ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת
  • יכולת הנעת עובדים ויחסי אנוש טובים
  • רישיון מלגזה בתוקף

  • יכולות ניהול והובלה
  • יכול טכנית טובה
  • מנהיגות, אסרטיביות, משימתיות, יכולות חניכה, מוטיבציה גבוהה
  • יכולת בין אישית מצוינת

  • יכולת עבודה בסביבה של מחסן ממוחשב- פריוריטי/ wms
