Job Description

We are seeking a Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in New Orleans. This role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to strengthen their leadership capabilities while contributing to key operational and strategic initiatives.

As a Leadership Development Associate, you will work closely with senior team members, support performance initiatives, and play a key role in building structured development programs that enhance team effectiveness and long-term organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives

  • Assist in coordinating training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews

  • Analyze team performance metrics and provide strategic insights

  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify growth opportunities
