<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.</p><p>About the Role: As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations while developing and inspiring a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Sales &amp; Performance Management:</p><ul><li>Drive sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning</li><li>Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities</li><li>Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure store productivity</li><li>Lead by example in delivering exceptional sales performance</li></ul><p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Development:</strong></p><ul><li>Recruit, train, and develop store staff</li><li>Create succession plans to develop future leaders</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching</li><li>Build and maintain a passionate, customer-focused team</li></ul><p><strong>Operations &amp; Merchandising:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure optimal inventory management and stock control</li><li>Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink</li><li>Execute visual merchandising standards to maximize sales</li><li>Oversee opening and closing procedures</li><li>Maintain store presentation and cleanliness standards</li></ul><p><strong>Customer Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Foster a customer-first culture throughout the store</li><li>Resolve complex customer service issues</li><li>Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional shopping experiences</li><li>Build and maintain customer loyalty</li></ul><p><strong>Business Administration:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage store budget and expenses</li><li>Report key metrics to upper management</li><li>Implement company policies and procedures</li><li>Identify and resolve operational challenges</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years retail management experience</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales targets</li><li>Strong leadership and team development skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li><li>Deep passion for retail and fashion</li><li>Flexible availability including weekends and holidays</li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred</li></ul><p><strong>You'll Excel If You:</strong></p><ul><li>Are results-oriented with strong business acumen</li><li>Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Show enthusiasm as a brand ambassador</li><li>Have experience in fashion retail</li></ul><p><br></p><p><em>We believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team.
