Front of House Expo Coordinator


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front of House Expo Coordinator to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication between the kitchen and service staff, helping to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the communication link between the kitchen and servers to coordinate food preparation and delivery

- Assist in managing fire times to ensure dishes are prepared and served promptly

- Confirm that the correct dishes are delivered to the appropriate tables efficiently

- Monitor the flow of orders and relay special requests or modifications accurately

- Support the team in maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction

- Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on service


Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting

- Knowledge of food service operations and terminology

- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
