Job Description
QUALIFICATION:
Any Graduate / DCE / Diploma in Materials Management
EXPERIENCE:
- 10 - 15 Years of relevant experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be in charge of project stores and engineering assets at construction site.
- Responsible for management of stores inventory control System.
- Prepare and circulate Daily Material Receipt and Monthly Inventory Aging Reports.
- Will be responsible for closure of audit reports related to stores.
- Stocking / dispatch of material, indenting, checking of material received i.e., quantity and quality, etc,
- Preparation of all types of documents (Excise / Dispatch / Stores, GRN, RA bills etc. all document work with good record keeping).
KEY SKILLS:
- Experience of independently handling the store of site project.
- Hands on working experience on SAP.
- Must have knowledge of inter-company sale of assets / materials.
- Should be proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.
