About the Role
<p><br><span>We are looking for a results driven <strong>Executive – Learning &amp; Development</strong> to support and execute impactful learning initiatives. You will play a vital role in designing, delivering, and analyzing engaging learning experiences that enhance employee growth, performance, and organizational capability.</span></p><p><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content accuracy, user access management, reporting, and analytics tracking.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and deliver training programs across onboarding, functional skills, soft skills, leadership development, and digital capability enhancement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, interactive presentations, training guides, and multimedia content.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop high-quality learning materials including e-learning modules, presentations, and training guides.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to drive participation, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with stakeholders and recommend effective, data-driven training solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze training effectiveness using dashboards and reports through <strong>advanced Excel</strong>, tracking KPIs, engagement metrics, and ROI.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Generate detailed learning analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support vendor coordination, training logistics, and contribute to L&amp;D communications, campaigns, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span>1–3 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development or a similar role, with hands-on LMS administration experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in instructional design principles and content development tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong command of <strong>Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, data analysis)</strong>.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with <strong>Power BI for reporting and learning analytics</strong> (Preferred).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working knowledge of <strong>Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro</strong> for multimedia content creation (would be a plus).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in data-driven reporting and evaluation of training effectiveness.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.</span></p></li></ul>
