Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Salesforce Administrator with 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. This role will closely work with other Salesforce developers, administrators, and business teams such as Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Revenue Operations to drive business process improvements and support day-to-day business operations.
This role requires flexibility to work in US time hours / India night shift a few days a week to support cross-regional operations.
What You’ll Do:
Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ platforms.
Design, build, and maintain declarative automations using Salesforce Flow and other native tools.
Manage CPQ configurations, including product configuration, price rules, and advanced approvals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Handle day-to-day business operations (BizOps) support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLA processes.
Operate on a recurring US shift schedule to support cross-regional operations.
Implement Salesforce best practices for configuration, security, scalability, and data integrity.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance user productivity.
Document system configurations, processes, and user guides.
Support user training and adoption initiatives.
What You Bring:
2 - 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation/configuration tools.
Strong expertise in CPQ Product Configuration, Price Rules, and CPQ Advanced Approvals.
Proven experience working with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
Experience working with managed package implementations (e.g., LeanData, Gong) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Commitment to following best practices and maintaining high standards in Salesforce configuration.

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in India - Bangalore.Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week.
